What are Deltics Service Credits?
Deltics Service Credits entitle you to a predetermined number of hours of support from Deltics at a predetermined rate. One credit is one hour. These hours can be recorded in consultation by one or more contacts appointed by you.
What are the benefits of Deltics Service Credits?
- No loss of time due to administrative actions.
- You don't have to make an internal investment request for every incident, while Deltics doesn't have to wait for order confirmation to process. In short, your request can be fulfilled more quickly.
- Hours are only deducted if you order them, so you have optimal control over how they are spent.
- Periodically, you will receive an overview of the Deltics Service Credits used and remaining hours.
What can you use Deltics Service Credits for?
Deltics Service Credits can be used for the following forms of (remote and/or) on-site support:
- (Re) Installation and configuration of systems, peripherals and applications
- IT support in areas such as Storage, Cloud/Infra, Network, Cybersecurity, Digital Workspace
- Application support
- Health checks
- Advice and reporting
What can't you use Deltics Service Credits for?
Deltics Service Credits cannot be used for support with guaranteed response time. For example, dealing with malfunctions. Various alternatives are available for this. To do this, please contact your account manager.
